That was also the numbers I had in mind but I do not know the going rate for a plex on the market right now. I have heard that it varies from 600 to 800 million.
If this is correct I would be willing guess a fair price to be around 70 - 75 million.

Thanks everyone for your interest in getting involved. 
Yea it is just not a very good situation thanks to the fact that exchange rates are set by players and thats the only guide we have to go off of.
I am curious tho where you get your number of 332,500 per plex. It seems that you put a fair amount of math into it.
